Rune Marked Miniatures

For over thirty years we roamed the plains of Prax, quested in the shadow of Kero Fin and sought higher learning in the Great Temple Library of Nochet. Runequest was our everything. It was our Saturday RPG sessions, our coveted White Dwarf copies, the homebrew plots that suddenly come to us whilst waiting in traffic, and well...the vast unexplored landscapes full of creatures and characters that have lived rent free in our heads. Yep, it was our everything.

Now we're all grown up (supposedly) and finding ourselves with less and less time to play in Glorantha. It very much looks like we've become, well...responsible adults. Responsible adults who take their childhood memories of faraway lands, cherish them and set them aside to complete tax returns and the like. Responsible adults who follow interest rates a little too closely and never quite get a handle on current events.

Or maybe we're the kind of responsible adults who decide to start a miniatures company!

Rune Marked Miniatures is the result of unquelled imaginations meeting years of business experience in the games industry. With our dear friends at Chaosium we've been working on a line of miniatures designed to enhance your games of Runequest whilst also being outstanding collectables in their own right. We want to bring Glorantha to life with the best possible creatures straight out of the books we love so much. Our aim has not just to create another product line to add to the ocean of generic, and frankly tropey, NPC fodder. We want to bring you Broo. We want to bring you Trollkin. We want to bring you Skybulls, Aldryami, Beast Men and the very aspects of the gods themselves. We also want to bring you ducks. Yes Glorantha fans, we want to bring you ducks. This also means we need to bring you quality. High fidelity resins, printed and cast to showcase the best sculptors we can find. It means testing ALL of the current manufacturing types, evaluating those that work and writing off the ones that just don't cut it. It means sending our manufacturing team to the other side of the world to work with our excellent partners and friends in the industry. It means building a global production network so we can get these miniatures to you with quick ship times and the best possible prices.

Like our love of Glorantha, Rune Marked isn't something that we cooked up overnight. Like the best campaigns this is something we've worked on constantly. The plan going forward is to release batches to grow the suite whilst maintaining quality. This means we focus on one or two groups of monsters and characters at a time. Ideally Runequest scenario releases will be matched with our own ranges to suit. We want customers to enjoy Runequest just as much as we have, and with that lofty goal in front of us we hope you enjoy these minis as much as have making them.
